This class will open your hips, stretch your hamstrings and work your inner thighs. Start with feet in straps that leads to side leg work then feel into arms with seated exercises that bring you into abdominal work. Explore roll overs with the feet in the straps and arms in the straps for the exercises short spine and over head. Finish with arabesque standing leg work.
