Anna began her training as a Pilates instructor in 2020 after her 3rd child was born. She trained with PPRC in Clevedon, in affiliation with Alan Herdman. 

Yoga and Pilates are always something Anna has incorporated into her life, finding Pilates especially helpful during pregnancy. Training as an instructor has opened her eyes to the wonderful restorative world of movement.

After completing her training, Anna connected with Becky at the Body Workshop. Becky was so encouraging and gave her the opportunity to teach reformer classes and 1:1 sessions, despite feeling very new to the teaching scene! 

Now Anna is teaching a mixture of mat and reformer sessions every week and is loving it! 

One day she hopes to combine her love for coffee and food with a bite of Pilates as she continues to advance in her Pilates training.
