Originally introduced to Iyengar yoga classes at 12 years old, Cat became enchanted with how linking movement to the breath was able to transform how she felt.
After experiencing the magic of a yoga practice for over a decade, Cat took a solo trip to India to train as a yoga teacher and hasn’t stopped learning since. Cat blends her background in Physiology and Neuroscience with energetics and esoterics to share practices that deeply nourish and support each individual.
