Reformer 10/1/23

The new exercise we start is swan on long box facing the back of the reformer. It’s a great exercise for posture and back strength. The class starts with feet in straps and our leg and foot combination. We progress into quadruped shoulder work with rotation and then continue the rotation in supine reverse abs and roll down. Get into the legs, with a hip stretch, Russian splits, scooter, arabesque, and skating.
