Reformer 15/10/24

A class focussing on spine articulation and upper body strength. We warm up the spine (the hips) with a knee stretch variation and juicy short spines. We follow with some roll down rotations,  seated side arm work, extension and quadruped on the box. Finishing with inverted V and long stretch for strength.
