Class starts with focusing on the diagonal connections in the back of the body to assist us with single-leg bridging, we then continue on with the theme of single-leg work in footwork. Moving onto meeting straps and dynamically stretching the hamstrings and then into long spine. Abdominal work with arms in straps to also work the shoulders and then deepening the range and strength in the shoulders with quadrupeds. Continuing with ab work we take supine reverse abdominals on a diagonal. Side bending and rotating with mermaid to then go back into ab work while in a side bend! Then we explore extension and rotation, arm jumping, inverted V, and finish with the SNAKE!
