Join Val for a reformer class incorporating Franklin balls or an over ball (if you don’t have any, you can do the class without) to enhance body awareness and release tension. Begin with footwork and feet-in-straps exercises using the balls to gently soften the back line of the body. Ease into upper body mobility with arm rotations and cheerleaders before exploring spine articulation through seated footwork. The class flows into flexion and extension work on the box and wraps up with grounding standing exercises.
