Day Retreats
Our Day Retreats are a perfect way to gain the benefits of a retreat but all in one day!
Join us in the heart of the Cotswolds and immerse yourself in Pilates, Breathwork, movement and amazing vegan food. We provide a whole day dedicated to your wellbeing, movement and nourishment in beautiful venues at affordable prices.
If you are not local to the Cotswolds and would like to extend your stay, let us know and we can recommend places you can stay either side of the retreat.

Find us popping-up in and around the market town of Cirencester, offering mat classes to all. Our pop-up Pilates Mat Classes are a great way for new participants to discover our Pilates offerings in Cirencester and to meet new people.
