In-person Pilates experiences

At The Body Workshop Pilates, we’ll support you in getting the maximum benefit from Pilates and feel it is important you practice Pilates in the most appropriate way for you and your body. You can enjoy the benefits of Pilates through our Day retreats, Pop Up Classes, and Mat classes in Cirencester and One-to-Ones in Bristol, alongside our Online Studio classes.

Day Retreats

Our Day Retreats are a perfect way to gain the benefits of a retreat but all in one day!

Join us in the heart of the Cotswolds and immerse yourself in Pilates, Breathwork, movement and amazing vegan food. We provide a whole day dedicated to your wellbeing, movement and nourishment in beautiful venues at affordable prices.

If you are not local to the Cotswolds and would like to extend your stay, let us know and we can recommend places you can stay either side of the retreat.

Pop-Up Classes

These classes offer a flexible, easy way to take Pilates.

Find us popping-up in and around the market town of Cirencester, offering mat classes to all. Our pop-up Pilates Mat Classes are a great way for new participants to discover our Pilates offerings in Cirencester and to meet new people.

Do you already take Pilates Online with us? This is a great opportunity to see your instructor in person and meet your online classmates.
