Can I speak to someone regarding Pilates and what is best for me?
Yes, we would be happy to give you a telephone or Zoom call to talk through you taking Pilates with us. Simply contact us.
I want to take Pilates classes but am new to Pilates, where do I start?
If you are pain, injury and condition-free then you are welcome to take Online mat classes with us. We recommend you invest in taking an Online introduction session, we have made this an affordable pricing and it includes your first online class. The introduction teaches you the basic exercises needed for that class to ensure you feel safe and comfortable within the class.
I have done Pilates before, can I get started straight away with online classes?
Yes, if you have done Pilates before and are comfortable in the class type you are welcome to book straight into classes as long as you are pain, injury and condition free. Please note if you want to take Reformer classes you must be confident using the Reformer. If this is not the case, we ask you to contact us to book an introduction.
What is the difference between a One to One Mat introduction and a standard One to One?
Introductions are designed to teach you the basic exercises needed for that class to ensure you feel safe and comfortable within the class.
One-to-one sessions are designed specifically around you, your instructor will give you the most helpful and appropriate exercises so that you can work towards your own individual goals. One-to-one sessions can use the mat and the comprehensive range of Pilates equipment.
I have been recommended /referred to do Pilates by my Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Doctor, where do I start?
We ask you to have a chat with us so that we discuss your health history and reasons for wanting to take Pilates to ensure that you start taking Pilates in the most appropriate way. If you are rehabilitating, we are happy to work alongside your healthcare professionals.
I am currently injured / in pain, where do I start?
We want for you to be in a safe and appropriate environment taking Pilates, therefore, contact us via our contact form and we can arrange a call to see where is best for you to start.
What should I wear?
How many times a week should I do Pilates?
We recommend you take classes and sessions at least once week, ideally the same day and time each week. Why? This is because to create a new habit and routine you need to make it as easy and simple as possible, the same session each week allows you to start embedding in a new habit and set yourself up for success.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all classes and sessions. Please note all classes, memberships and sessions have expiry dates, therefore, classes cancelled must be used within these periods.
Classes and sessions cannot be carried over or transferred to others.
How do I cancel a class?
How do I cancel my One to One?
One to Ones must be cancelled by calling us on 01285 644556. Please note that cancellations must be made within the hours of Monday – Saturday 8am – 7pm. *Cancellations for Monday One to Ones must be made by 7pm on Saturday.
How do I see what I have booked?
Login to the booking system or via the log in | register button on the website and your bookings can be found under SCHEDULE.
How do I know when my next membership payment is due?
What is the benefit of purchasing a Quarterly Online Mat or Reformer membership over blocks of classes?
Memberships give you the benefit of a permanent space in a weekly class so that you don’t have to make your own booking every week. If you can’t make your class it is very easy to rearrange you class for another session that week or with your 13 week/quarterly membership period.

I am trying to log on into my account or create an account why is it not working?
The most common reason is due to cache and cookies needing to be cleared on your device. Simply Google how to clear them on your device. Once cleared, if you’re still experiencing problems contact us.
