Anthea started Pilates 10 years ago, seeking a solution to years of back pain prompted by injury and a relentlessly high-stress career.

It fast became her physical and mental salvation – a time to breath, to nourish and to strengthen her body and mind.

Anthea was persuaded to train as a mat and equipment instructor 3 years ago and has never looked back.

She is inspired daily by her clients, the transformative work and the body’s incredible capacity for change. Hope, in her experience, is never wasted.
