A class focusing on weight-bearing and activating the front and back line of our body. We start by activating our deep back line with standing roll downs. We use the back of our body connection to do long spines. Moving on to reverse abdominals and downstretch to organise our upper body. We challenge our weight-bearing and front support with control balance front on the platform or the footbar. We finish the class as we started with standing roll downs.
