Start the class by warming up the hips and legs with footwork on the carriage and then the footbar. Move onto arm and shoulder work in kneeling, supine and seated, with some abdominal work in the middle. Then the focus is hips. Open the hips with the hip stretch, russian splits prep, down stretch, arabesque and feet in straps. Leave the class feeling grounded.
