Class starts with foot and ankle mobility so you can get the most out of your footwork. Keep working into the legs with lots of feet in strap variations ending with short spine massage. Work into your arms and abdominals with supine arms and coordination and then finish off with rolling over while having the hand in the loops for balance control. Move into strengthening the back with spine extension against resistance and then visit the tendon stretch and scooter.
