Have a block and head cushion at the ready for side leg footwork.This class will focus in on your legs and arms. The leg work is about opening the hips to work into the back of the legs, you will visit, single leg footwork and bridging, scooter and standing work. Arm work will be short bursts of kneeling arms and quadruped work and then lots of bicep curls!
