Join Becky for a class that starts on the over ball to open the hips and challenge stability. Stability will then be challenged quadruped. You will then get an amazing twist with a mermaid, dynamically open your hips and work into kneeling arms with the side variation.The class will finish by challenging balance and legs with Russian splits and standing work.
