Focusing at the beginning of the class on shoulder movement to then allow for the exercise semi-circles to be done with ease at the end of the class. We also challenge the back extensors with the swan (face the back of the reformer) on the long box. Exercises also featured, loops around thighs, single-leg side feet in straps, seated jumping, and backstroke.
