Join Alicia for class. Starting with footwork a little closer in than usual, to give you a deeper fold in the hips. Moving to feet in straps and beat combinations. Arm work and ab work building to the exercise co-ordination! Continue to work the abs with the super strong exercise supine reverse abdominals and regular reverse abdominals. Moving onto kneeling arms to work the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulders and finish with standing leg work.
